    Relating to certain conveyances to the Alaska Railroad                                                                      
      Corporation under the Alaska Railroad Transfer Act of 1982.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
**Representative LeDoux, who was excused, left the Chamber.                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representatives Millett and Sullivan-Leonard moved and asked                                                                    
unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of                                                               
interest.  Objection was heard, and they were required to vote.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall HJR 38 pass the House?"  The roll was
