Full Journal pdf2018-04-20 House Journal Page 3392 HJR 38 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 18 calendar (page 3357), was read the third time: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38 Relating to certain conveyances to the Alaska Railroad Corporation under the Alaska Railroad Transfer Act of 1982. **Representative LeDoux, who was excused, left the Chamber. Representatives Millett and Sullivan-Leonard moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and they were required to vote. The question being: "Shall HJR 38 pass the House?"
